Our first priority is building you a great place to live, but we do so with an energy conscious mindset. All of our houses highly exceed the energy code requirements in all facets from insulation levels to air tightness. We are able to design and build net-zero homes with an EnerGuide rating of zero. Our green building leadership has earned us multiple awards from the Net-Zero Energy Home Coalition, environmental awards from the Canadian Home Builders’ Association for five years running, and more.
